KCS offers three ways to bring computing solutions to small offices and small- to medium-sized businesses, depending on your needs:
1. On-site tech support at an hourly rate of $75.00 to resolve immediate hardware/software problems and complete relatively short-term tasks.
2. Project-based proposals. When a business has expanded or moved or is in need of significant upgrades to its network, KCS provides a free initial consultation and on-site walk-through. Next, a written proposal is provided, outlining recommendations, cost and timeline for the project.
3. Small Business Managed Services support package to provide a guaranteed level of ongoing support and service, with low, predictable costs and maximized efficiency.
A KCS Managed Services support package means that your network benefits from a combination of proactive remote management and site visits:
- KCS conducts all important regular maintenance: e.g., anti-virus updates, Windows security and system updates, checking the firewall log for intrusions, and server and workstation data backups.
- Your business saves costs through the efficiencies and advanced features of remote management software and Windows networking.
- At the same time, a technician works on-site for a set minimum number of hours per month -- and, when a physical visit is required to handle emergencies or for problems that can't be solved remotely, you're covered.
- KCS provides a report every month, via email, summarizing all work that has been done.
